One Club Member Registration Fee per family of (4) …$62.40

 

Registration fee includes:
1. Fee for up to 2 scooters in the judging contest.
2. A National Meet pin.
3. Admission, riding events and game privileges.
Online registration must be received by May 24, 2018.
Following the cut off date, this online registration will be CLOSED. 

This online registration form and its accompanying ability to use the convenience of Paypal to send payment for registration comes with service fee costs to the club. The pricing here is very slightly increased to offset those costs to the club.

Depending on the number of Show Scooters, there will be approximately 13 classes of judging and the Jim Lyne trophy. Awards will be given to the longest distance traveled & longest distance ridden on a Cushman to the Meet. Also an award for best scooter display (space should not exceed 5’ x 9’).

** Once we commit a guaranteed number to the vendor, the Club is responsible for that expense and no refunds can be given.
The Club will continue to assist in helping sell your tickets at the registration desk however, there is no refund guarantee.

Registration must be received by MAY 19, 2018 to be pre-registered and qualify for shopping sprees.

Name badges will be given to all registered members and must be worn at the meet to participate in any and all activities.

Two (2) $250.00 CUSHMAN shopping sprees redeemable at DENNIS CARPENTER’S CUSHMAN REPRODUCTIONS will be given away. Only pre-registered members will be eligible for the Thursday evening drawing. You need not be present to win.

REGISTRATION DESK will be open Sunday, June 03, 2018 from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM to pick up registration packets. The registration desk will be open other times subject to rides and events. Opening times will be posted at the registration desk. Please check bulletin board for last minute schedule changes for rides and bus trips.
